Scheduling a First Appointment

Please contact me by calling (415) 937-6932 or emailing ZeharaLCSW@gmail.com to set up an initial 15-minute phone conversation. During this call, I hope to get a better sense of what you are looking for and offer you an opportunity to ask me questions about how therapy with me works. After this, we can set up a time to meet for our first 50 minute session. I do not charge for this initial call.

Payment & Fees

Hourly Rate: My full fee is $200 per session. I am open to sliding scale at this time if we are a good fit. 

Methods of Payment: I accept cash, check, and Venmo.

Insurance Companies: I am not currently contracted with any insurance companies, however, I will gladly provide an itemized bill that you may attempt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an Out-of-Network provider.
