Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.
— James Baldwin
The person who doesn’t look back to where they came from cannot make it to their destination

The decision to begin therapy is not simple and often comes at a particularly challenging time in your life. If you are here, you may be:

  • Recovering from a loss and struggling with grief

  • Hoping to find more meaning and purpose in your life

  • Stuck in familiar, but painful patterns

  • Trying to find ways to build more intimacy in your relationships

I know how difficult it can be to reach out during these times and my goal is to respond with thoughtfulness, curiosity, open-mindedness, and empathy. I want to work with you to find ways to gain insight and relief.

I believe personal healing is part of the process of healing the collective. We can work together to help you find the way to show up for yourself, for your community, and for this moment.

I care deeply about providing a welcoming space for people who are new to therapy or have ambivalent feelings about starting this journey. During our first interactions, I will be very open to questions and transparently explaining the process. If this resonates with you, click here to get started.
